FITHUB is a corporate service that offers employees of partner companies and their families access to over 60 sports activities at around 40 facilities across Armenia.
To buy a FITHUB membership, your employer or a family member’s employer must have a partnership with us. You can confirm this by sharing the company name through our e-mail or phone call.
You can still get membership through a family member or by informing your employer about your interest.
Simply complete a form available on our website. Our team will then contact the relevant person at your organization to discuss partnership terms and facilitate the agreement process.
Partnership is free. However, a minimum of 5 interested applicants (employees or their family members: parents, spouses, children, and siblings) is required, with the threshold adjustable based on company size. Additionally, HR or a designated manager must update the number of applicants monthly.
Memberships can be purchased for up to 5 family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings. For minors, verify age restrictions with the facility. Memberships can also be activated for family members without purchasing one for yourself.
With the app, you can:
· Quickly register visits to partner facilities.
· Explore nearby and trending locations.
· Access detailed facility information.
The app is available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
· Download and complete the authorization process.
· If already registered, check your email for a password from Fithub.
· If no password was received, use "Reset Password" to generate a new one.
· Ensure the app has location, camera, and internet permissions for visit registration.
Reset it via the app, then update it for security. Use the "Edit Profile" section to create a new password. Enter your current password (from the initial email) and confirm your new one.
To retrieve your email, you’ll need to go through an identification process. Contact us via e-mail or phone call.
Complete an identification process by calling or emailing us . Use the number registered in our system for verification.
Reach out to your employer's HR or organizational contact. They will update the number in our system.
No, each account is personal. Family members must have their own credentials.
A profile is device specific. If used on another device, it gets blocked. Contact us via e-mail or phone for unblocking. Note: It takes up to 7 working days, during which the membership is inaccessible.
If you encounter an error with the one-time password, restart the app or reinstall it. If the issue persists, contact us by phone call or e-mail.
To use your membership, select a sports facility via the website or app. When visiting, scan the QR code at the entrance using the app's QR scanner.
Members can visit facilities once a day, every day for a month.
You can visit any partner facility daily for one activity per day
FITHUB memberships allow you to visit partner facilities across Armenia. The list of our partner facilities can be found on our website, as well as on the App.
If your new employer is a FITHUB partner, contact HR for activation. Login credentials from your previous membership remain valid. For email changes, contact us via e-mail.
While most facilities don’t require prior booking, group exercises may have limited spots, so signing up in advance is recommended.
The membership fee covers most services, but some facilities may charge for additional services. Please check facility descriptions on the app or website.
Yes, all facilities listed on the FITHUB app or website are accessible with your membership.
Log in to the app using your registered email. A first-time password will be sent, which should be updated after logging in.
Memberships operate on a monthly billing cycle, so they can only be paused or reactivated during that period. To request a pause, contact the HR or organizational department that facilitated your membership.
